Domori Academy annually offers a series of courses held by some of the greatest Italian and international pastry and chocolate chefs, involving professionals directly selected by Iginio Massari, a world-renowned pastry chef.

The themes of the pastries and chocolate are decided by prestigious chefs, pastry chefs and French chocolatiers, often among those who were assigned the title of Mellieur Ouvrier de France.

Participants interact directly with the Chefs of Domori Academy on all the topics related to the desserts, Easter preparations, single portions and creative proposals to meet the emerging consumption needs of an increasingly demanding consumer.

All courses are designed for a small number of participants, up to ten, to ensure an education that is tailor-made and highly accurate.
