The president and founder, Gianluca Franzoni, has personally selected during his travels the suppliers of fine cocoa that today collaborate to preserve the existence of the Criollo cocoa and that guarantee the final consumer the excellent product that distinguishes our chocolate.
For each type of cocoa purchased, Domori finds a partner with whom it can create a mutual trust pact. Each type of chocolate is made using cocoa from specific plantations, selected to meet Domori's quality standards.
With the continuous development of the Domori product line, the search for extreme quality raw materials has never stopped, going beyond the cocoa sphere. Our coated fruit, for example, is the result of the combination of fine cocoa with the highly selected Agrimontana candied fruit, another great excellence belonging to the Polo del Gusto.
