This variety of Criollo originates from the forests that are located between the Venezuelan states of Yaracuy and Carabobo. It was saved from extinction and cultivated on the Domori plantation at Hacienda San Jose, Venezuela. Its aromatic notes include cream of milk, dates and almonds, an extraordinary roundness and a remarkable persistence.
