Ingredients: 0 and 00 type wheat flour, fresh butter, pasteurized fresh egg yolks, water, Italian cane white sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt , powdered vanilla berries from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
Topping: Agrimontana cubed orange peel (22.50%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), Domori dark chocolate 60% (7.10%) (60% cocoa min., Grain of cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), tangerine peel and candied clementine (3.00%) (mandarin and clementine peel, sieved sugar, glucose syrup, water).
