From the Susa Valley come tender fruits, elegant and delicate on the palate, with a particular rounded shape, which Agrimontana has been able to enhance at its best thanks to its exceptional expertise in the processing of high quality raw materials.
The fundamental points of quality are always two: the raw material and the processing techniques. The steam peeling, with Agrimontana's chestnuts are prepared, allows to release the fruit from the peel without damaging its surface and without altering its taste. Slow candying with glucose and fructose syrup is a patient and indispensable work to maintain the authentic flavor and high aromatic profile.
