Ingredients: Wheat flour ‘00’, butter, diced candied orange 11% (orange, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, egg yolk, dark chocolate chips 9% (cocoa min. 60% - cocoa chips, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), sourdough starter (flour 0, water), honey, E471 (mono-and fatty acid glyceride), sea salt, barley malt. Frosting: almond flour, sugar, maize starch, egg white.
