With the support of its chairman and founder Gianluca Franzoni, the Domori team has acquired unique skills that allow it to select passionate suppliers with a desire to produce superior quality cocoa.
For each type of cocoa acquired, Domori finds partners with whom they can enter into mutual trust agreements, allowing them to make chocolate that is an expression of their hard work on selection and control during the post-harvest phase of cocoa production that takes place in the plantations.
The search for high-quality raw materials is not limited to cacao, but involves all the ingredients combined with it, such as PGI Piedmont hazelnuts and Agrimontana candied fruit.
