When we handle data that could directly or indirectly identify you, we follow the principle of strict necessity. For this reason, we have configured domori.com to keep the use of your personal data to a minimum, and not process it at all if we can achieve the same purpose using anonymous data (such as in market research aimed at improving services), or other means that only identify you if needed or requested by the authorities or police (such as data relating to traffic, how long you spend on the site, or your IP address).

These third parties will act as independent data processors, and we will tell you their names each time.
Your data may also be provided to independent third-party data controllers, for other purposes related to the services you request (such as payment transactions for your purchases). For details on this aspect, please see the information provided after paragraph 5 (who we communicate your personal data to). You can get an updated list of data processors at any time by emailing: cs.ecommerce@domori.com (specifying “Info on Privacy Policy” in the subject line).

2. Cookie policy
Use of cookies
When you visit domori.com, you can move between pages anonymously and gain access to some information without revealing your identity. We use “cookies” to allow users to access our services, browse safely, and to identify authorised users.
A cookie is a small set of data transferred to your browser from a web server, and can only be read by the server that made the transfer. This is not executable code and does not transmit viruses. Almost all browsers are initially programmed to accept cookies. You can make the browser warn you when you receive a cookie, allowing you to choose whether to accept it or not. (For some web pages that require authorization, cookies are not optional. Users who choose not to receive cookies will not be able to access subscription services.) Please refer to the Cookie policy section for more information.
We would like to provide you with the following information on how cookies are used by the domori.com website.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files sent by the sites you visit to your device (usually to the browser), where they are stored and sent back to the site the next time you visit. When browsing a site, your device may also receive cookies from other sites or servers ("third party cookies"). This happens because the site you visit may contain elements such as images, maps, sounds or links to websites on other servers. These cookies are set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.
Cookies are used to perform computer authentication, monitor sessions and store specific information about users accessing the server; normally, users have a very high number of them in their browsers. Some operations would be impossible without using cookies, which are therefore technically necessary. These include accessing your personal page, and carrying out tasks on your online account (viewing your profile, shared images and contents, etc.) would be much more difficult and less secure without cookies that can identify you and maintain the identification during the session.
Cookies can stay on your system even for long periods, and can also contain a unique identification code. This allows the sites that use them to keep track of your browsing within the site itself, for statistical or advertising purposes, creating a personalized user profile according to the pages that you visit. This profile is then used to show you targeted advertising targeted ("Behavioral Advertising").
Profiling and browsing detection cookies are essential for analyzing how visitors use our sites and monitoring their accesses. This allows us to offer a high quality experience, customizing our offer on the basis of the pages actually visited by users. For example, we could use cookies of this type to track the pages that are most popular, identify the method of linking the pages that is most effective, and understand why some pages receive error messages. These cookies do not collect information that can identify visitors. All the data we collect is aggregated, anonymised and used to improve the functioning of our website.
There are various types of cookies, some of which are set by third parties (such as Squarespace and Stripe). They are used, for example, by the first site that the visitor chose and which contains ads from another third party server or website. The browser collects information from different sources so that all the elements are displayed on the same page you view, creating more cookies in the corresponding browser folder. All these cookies can be removed directly from the browser settings or through special free programs. You can also block them from being created, but this may stop some services on the site from working properly, or you may not be able to access the site.
