Ingredients: Wheat flour ‘00’, gianduja cream 20% (cane sugar, vegetable fat, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower oil), hazelnut paste 13%, milk powder, cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower leticin), butter, sugar, egg yolk, dark chocolate 8% (cocoa min. 60% - cocoa nibs, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), Sourdough (flour 0, water), honey, E471 (mono-and glyceride of fatty acids), sea salt, barley malt. Frosting: almond flour, sugar, maize starch, egg white.
