For enthusiasts and professionals of the sector, held by the pastry chef Antonio Gisondi: SPRING CREATIONS.

Saturday 26th of March, from 9.00 to 13.00 or from 14.00 to 18.00, at the Domori Academy in Via Pinerolo 72-74, None (TO).

Discovering new techniques and quick and easy working methods to create refined and elegant modern creations, the course program includes various preparations from crunchy bottoms, passing through mousses and Bavarians up to mirror glaze!

Access allowed with Green Pass - registration fee: 100 euros.

Included in the registration fee, the students will receive: recipe book of the creations, certificate of participation and final tasting.
