The Sur del Lago variety was born in Venezuela, in a vast area that embraces the western states of Merida and Trujillo, Tachira and Zulia south of Lake Maracaibo, from which it takes its name. Domori selects this rare variety of cocoa from plantations of a few hectares.

Type of cultivation: Sur del Lago cocoa is a mix of Trinitarian persimmon with a high content of Criollo blood.

Ingredients: Sur del Lago cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin. It may contain traces of milk and nuts.
