Cocoa and hazelnuts for a biscuit that reinterprets the Italian tradition of Gianduja. The hazelnuts used are only from Piedmont PGI, the most valuable, rich in oleic acid, essential amino acids and vitamin E.

Ingredients: Italian wheat flour (monovarietal organic spelled), French butter, icing sugar: sugar and corn starch, "Piedmont hazelnut IGP" flour (13.42%), egg white from free-range hens, cocoa in powder (3.35%), whole sea salt.
ALLERGENS: contains milk and derivatives, eggs and gluten. It may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame and soy.
Storage notes: the product must be stored in a place from 15 to 20 °, cool and dry, away from heat sources.
