Research, variety, and new inspiration define the Domori Easter Collection 2026, which explores chocolate in all its expressions – from pure dark chocolate to milk and white – through a wide and refined selection. New recipes, original surprises, and special collaborations enrich the collection, with the excellence of cocoa as a constant reference point.
The Dark Chocolate Author’s Eggs by Gianluca Franzoni
Once again, the Domori Easter Collection features author’s recipes signed by Gianluca Franzoni, founder and president of Domori. These creations enhance the natural sweetness and aromatic profile of the finest cocoa.
The Dark Chocolate Author’s Eggs include two pure dark chocolate recipes (available in 210 g and 70 g formats), each linked to a specific origin:
- 80% dark chocolate from Venezuela Rio Caribe, intense and deep;
- 70% dark chocolate from Ecuador, made from a blend of Criollo and Nacional cocoa, smooth and well balanced.
The surprise inside the 210 g egg is original and sustainable: a capsule with soil and sunflower seeds, ready to be planted in a biodegradable pot.

The Cabana Collection
New for 2026, the Cabana Collection stands out with its bright striped pattern, inspired by the harmony of an imaginary seaside resort.
The theme takes shape in three striking proposals:
- Chocolate Eggs with decorative paper wrap, made of fine 60% dark chocolate or 38% milk chocolate;
- Reusable paper pochettes, in blue or pink, filled with dark and milk chocolate mini eggs;
- A metal tin egg with an assortment of dark chocolate and hazelnut mini eggs.

The Dark Hazelnut Egg
Among the most indulgent new creations is the Dark Hazelnut Egg: a 60% dark chocolate egg coated with chopped hazelnuts and filled with whole hazelnut halves. A balanced contrast of textures combines crunchiness with roundness.

The Easter Antologia Collection
Also new is the Easter Antologia Collection, featuring elegant cardboard packaging in two sizes (210/230 g and 70/80 g), with four classic recipes and one new addition.
Classic recipes include:
- 60% dark chocolate;
- 38% milk chocolate;
- milk chocolate with hazelnut pieces;
- white chocolate with salted pistachios.
New for this year is a trendy and indulgent recipe: white chocolate with puffed rice and raspberry.
The surprise (in all 210 g formats) is a silicone mold to create small chocolate shapes – an extra way to experience Domori chocolate as a high-quality ingredient, to use creatively.
The line is completed by cheerful bags of mini eggs: a light blue bag with dark chocolate and cremino eggs, and a yellow bag with milk chocolate and pistachio eggs.

Special Collaborations for Domori Easter 2026
The Domori Easter Collection 2026 is enriched by two highly anticipated collaborations: with Trollbeads, the Danish pioneer of customizable jewelry, and with Stabilo, an iconic brand in the world of markers and highlighters.
Domori x Trollbeads Eggs
Following last year’s success, Domori x Trollbeads Eggs return in two versions, each with a different surprise:
- a double-flavor dark and milk chocolate egg, in a metal tin, with a 925 sterling silver bracelet and colorful beads;
- a milk chocolate egg with hazelnut pieces, in a cardboard box, with a leather bracelet and colorful beads.

Domori x Stabilo Eggs
From the world of Stabilo comes a proposal designed for children and stationery lovers: the Stabilo Egg, made of fine milk chocolate with hazelnut pieces, includes as a surprise a set of mini Stabilo Nature Vibes highlighters, in soft colors inspired by nature.

Domori Colombe (Easter Cakes)
The Domori Easter Collection 2026 concludes with the traditional Colombe:
- the classic Domori Colomba, with white chocolate in the dough and candied orange;
- the new Colomba filled with gianduja cream and almond glaze, inspired by Piedmontese tradition;
- the Colomba with chocolate drops and candied orange, topped with almond glaze, whole almonds, and sugar grains.
