Chocolier Sommelier Chocolate Taster

The course has been designed to meet the needs of professionals in the hospitality sector (bars, restaurants and hotels) and retail sector (shops, wine bars), as well as professionals (sommeliers, journalists, commercial intermediaries, food and drink tasters) and discerning consumers.

For those interested, it will be possible to organise a visit to the Domori spa factory on 05.11.2025, subject to notification at the time of enrolment in the course.

Qualified Chocolier Taster

This course is a milestone in the training of tasters because it provides an in-depth knowledge of sensory psychophysiology. We start from the concept of perception to analyze both the psychological and physiological components. In particular, for this last aspect it is the biology of the individual senses, specifically addressing their strengths and weaknesses and testing them through specific practical exercises.
