Domori and Irca announce the acquisition of exclusive global rights for Domori Professional by IRCA.

IRCA, a world leader in the production of high-quality chocolate, creams, fruits, pistachios, decorations and other ingredients for the food industry, has acquired Domori Professional, obtaining exclusive rights to use the Domori brand in the B2B channel. This enables IRCA to offer a full range of Domori-branded premium professional products. The agreement is valid from July 1, 2024, and distribution will fully begin on January 1, 2025.

The integration of the Domori brand further enriches IRCA Group's premium product offering and expands the group's portfolio, which also includes Dobla, known for premium chocolate decorations; Ravifruit, specializing in high-quality fruit purees; and Cesarin, an expert in candied and semi-candied fruits.
