The Domori Experience took place in Milan, marking the official launch of Domori Professional – a line created for chocolate and haute cuisine professionals, developed and distributed exclusively by IRCA Group, a global leader in chocolate, creams, fruit, pistachios, decorations, and other specialties for the food industry.

The Domori Experience event

The event featured Gianluca Franzoni, Founder and President of Domori and passionate advocate of a new cocoa culture, alongside Massimiliano Alajmo, three-Michelin-starred chef of Le Calandre, and Luigi Biasetto, world-renowned Master Pastry Chef. Together, they explored the complexity of fine cocoa, the importance of preserving varieties, the ethics of the supply chain, and the role of chocolate in fine dining and haute pâtisserie. It was a true journey through Domori’s origins across the world, discovering the aromatic notes and sensory nuances that make this chocolate unique.
