Introducing Anthology, the new "ambassador" line of Domori chocolate bars, designed to represent the brand as it expands into international markets. This collection is positioned for a global audience, aimed at consumers who share a passion for quality, a curiosity for new flavors, and a desire for authentic excellence. Featuring a wide range of products, with a fresh new look, it includes 12 different bars and 4 snacks, embodying Domori's expertise in cacao, its constant innovation, and its dedication to excellence.
The Anthology line captures the essence of Domori's history, highlighting one of its signature features: Criollo cacao, the rarest and most prized variety in the world, which Domori also grows directly and has used since its founding. Every recipe in the collection that includes cacao contains Criollo, presented in an exquisite blend that enhances each bar.
Anthology comes with a refreshed design, distinguished by an elegant and cohesive pattern inspired by the Domori logo's star, with a focus on showcasing the chocolate and ingredients front and center as the stars of the tasting experience. Every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure strong brand recognition: each bar stands out with its own unique sensory profile, thanks to the Criollo cacao blend, while the entire collection impresses with its balance of intense dark chocolate and sweeter, more indulgent milk options.
The complete collection includes 12 bars (75g each) and 4 different snacks (35g each). Among the 12 bars, you'll find the classic dark chocolate options with 70%, 85%, 90%, and 100% cacao content, as well as two milk chocolate bars with a high cacao percentage, at 38% and 50%. For those who enjoy original and indulgent combinations, the collection also features white chocolate with salted pistachios, white chocolate with caramel and pecans, gianduja with Piedmont hazelnuts, and dark chocolate bars with Piedmont hazelnuts, Calabrian chili, and Sicilian almonds with honey. The Antologia Collection also includes four different snacks, perfect for enjoying a moment of pleasure anytime: Gianduja Chocolate with Hazelnut Crunch, Milk Chocolate with Puffed Rice, White Chocolate with Pecans, and Dark Chocolate with Hazelnut Crunch.
