The new Dammann Frères boutique opens in Turin
The new Dammann Frères boutique opens in Turin, the second sales outlet in Italy of the prestigious French Maison, which is part of the Polo del Gusto, the Holding of excellent agro-food brands chaired by Riccardo Illy - in addition to Dammann Frères, the companies Achillea, Agrimontana, Domori and Pintaudi are now part of it.
The new shop, which will be officially inaugurated on Thursday 11 April, is located in the very central Piazza San Carlo, next to the Domori store, which distributes Dammann Frères products in Italy (as well as being the distributor of all the Holding Companies' products).
The inauguration on Thursday 11 April will be attended by the President of Polo del Gusto Riccardo Illy, the President of Dammann Frères Erika Le Noan and Domori CEO Janluca de Waijer.
The Dammann Frères shop is a cosy and refined space of about 30 square metres, with the unmistakable style of the Maison, where tea becomes the protagonist of the space: as in every Dammann Frères boutique, great attention is given to the sale of loose tea, to which the wall is dedicated that holds no less than 133 varieties in elegant Dammann tin boxes. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a precious Orgue à thés, a display of small dispensers to introduce customers to the world of tea, accompanying them on a sensory journey to discover precious crops and aromas.
The Boutique will offer the extraordinary variety of the Dammann Frères world - which has 400 recipes in its assortment - and will be a place to get to know and taste tea, each day customers will be able to taste a different type. From the Boutique it will be easy to move inside both the Domori Store and the large underground spaces - the two multi-purpose rooms, equipped for tastings and masterclasses - where the educational activities of Dammann Frères, which have always been one of the company's distinguishing features, will take place.
