Organic Chocolate Bar - Brazil 70%


Behind this organic chocolate bar it lies the effort of many cooperatives committed to preserved biodiversity and improve the quality of Brazilian cocoa.


Cocoa selected from 17 family-run farms located along the Xingu River, in the Amazon area of Brazil. The farmers in the Central Organic Cooperative are supported by the Gout de la Foret program, set up in 2015 with the aim of preserving biodiversity and improving the quality of the cacao varieties in the area.

Tasting notes: on the palate, it has notes of coffee and nut followed by jam and slight hints of elderberry.

Ingredients: cacao min. 70%*, cocoa paste*, cane sugar*.

It may contains traces of milk, soy and nuts.

Preservation notes: the product must be stored in a cool, dry, odorless location at a temperature between 14° and 20°C.
