Violets' Diamonds Agrimontana
Hand-picked fresh violet flowers, selected one by one, moistened petal by petal to crystallize the sugar like dew drops.
The violets are carefully selected. Every single petal is gently moistened and subsequently the violets are dusted in crystalline sugar and left to dry. The polished violets were once worked by pastry chefs to adorn and embellish the marrons glacé. This confectionery tradition has been lost over the years but today Agrimontana returns it to us exclusively and gives it to us in a unique and prestigious guise in a magical purple box with copper-colored ribbon.
Ingredients: viola flowers, sugar, thickener: gum arabic; plant extracts.
