Small-sized, just 2 by 1 metres, and completely detachable for an easy and quick cleaning, the machine can be displayed in the store to offer a view of the spectacular scenery of chocolate making, taking care of the preservation of the various phases of processing the quality, the aromatic notes of the noblest cocoa.
Each step is easily managed through a simple and intuitive touch screen control panel: the Domori cocoa nib is placed in a special container, transformed into cocoa mass and then mixed with other raw materials.
The dough thus obtained is then refined and through to view tapes transported to the innovative conching phase which eliminates the excessive acidity.
