A historic Criollo for Domori: the adventure with Criollo Porcelana began in 1994, with the foundation of the company, and continues today as a product Brand Ambassador of Criollo Domori, along with the varieties Chuao and Guasare.
Its delicate plant makes it one of the most precious cocoa in the world. If today we can continue to taste it is thanks to the activity of protection and enhancement conducted by Domori, in close collaboration with the Venezuelan Hacienda San Josè.
The existing cultivation are proof of the passion, tenacity, constancy with which Domori preserves the oldest, rare and prestigious varieties of fine cocoa, allowing us the unique privilege of appreciating the rich and surprising aromatic bouquet that distinguishes them by nature.
Domori received in 2003 and 2011, for the production of the Criollo Porcelana bars, the prestigious Tavoletta d'Oro award in the "Origins" category, assigned according to specifications created by "La Compagnia del Cioccolato", made up of more than 1000 members of great importance in the panorama of food: culinary journalists, Chefs, professional tasters.
