Trinitario cocoa is an aromatic cocoa, its production covers 8% of the world cocoa harvest. Trinitario is a cocoa born from the hybridization of the Criollo and Forastero cocoa varieties and therefore has characteristics common to both: it is resistant and has high yields, just like a Forastero, yet it has a rich and noble aromatic profile, like Criollo cocoa.
Domori has recovered this precious variety of cocoa, which it collects from plantations located between Latin America and Africa: in Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Madagascar and Tanzania.
Ingredients: cocoa beans. It may contain traces of milk, soy and nuts.
Pairing: they are ideal in combination with spirits, for a complete and energizing snack or as a garnish for sweet and savory recipes. Excellent to crumble over a fruit and oat milk smoothie for a fresh, healthy and tasty break! Or grill some aubergines, add a few slices of buffalo mozzarella and crumble the Domori beans on top of everything ... its taste will amaze you!
