Candying fruit exclusively with artisanal methods and using only fruit, water and sugar: this is the philosophy adopted by Agrimontana to preserve the most intense aromas and flavors.
Is a technique that requires skill, passion, patience and has always been performed by immersing the fruits in large open-air tanks, in a syrup made of water and sugar. It is a long process, which takes 15 to 30 days, and a complex one to which great attention is paid.
Candied fruit is immersed in a mixture of natural mustard essential oil, horseradish and spices.
Ingredients: Candied fruit (clementines, red cherries, pears, figs, orange) in varying proportions, glucose syrup, sugar, mustard essential oil, horseradish essential oil, spices.
